Heart Music
A song burst forth
From the tiny drum.
There was love and hope
In the rhythm of its notes.
All anger and hate began to
Fade as the song played on.
The present moment started to
Shine with an inner light.
The future would be better.
For the smile on the drummer boy,
And the sigh from baby Jesus,
Confirmed this so.

Hmm is anyone else encountering problems with the pictures on this
blog loading? I’m trying to determine if its a problem on my end or if it’s the blog.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for being slow in replying. Have been ill. Feeling better, though. Anyway, think that the problem you were having is a slow Internet speed. Try back again, and see. 🙂

Dawn, you are indeed a wonderful felt poet and I so enjoyed this poem you wrote and shared with me. I had to read it twice because it made me feel ever so wonderfully good.
